After finding Glorious Gardens on Angie's List, I contacted Esther Pincus, the owner, by email, seeking information about her services. Esther responded the next business day, and we scheduled a home visit.
Within a half-hour and with skill, talent, and passion, Esther had sketched out a landscaping plan, full of variety, beauty, and interest. Next came the proposal. Esther likes to walk a client through all the details of her proposal, explaining her pricing and her built-in discounts. I was delighted with her plan that expanded the vision to include other areas of the yard. Esther handpicks all of her plants, ensuring that they are healthy and vibrant. Within a couple of days, Esther and her team prepped the area, added premium products, and installed nearly 50 plants of all sizes. She even moved one of my plants to another area, improving the layout.
While looking over our other plants, Esther noticed that two plants had been infested; she treated them and taught me how to provide follow-up care.
I will call upon Esther Pincus again as she pays close attention to detail, has much plant knowledge and a good design eye, and has reasonable fees. I couldn't be more pleased.
